What kind of work do you do/business do you run?
I am a success focus on helping people to create positive change and reach their goals.
What do you love about it?
I love that I get to help people create more success and happiness in their lives. I love that I help people tap into what truly makes them shine. I love to see people change and flourish.
What’s your ‘why’ in life? What drives you?
Life is any incredible gift. I want to help everyone (including myself) make the most of it.
Why are you a member of the Vegan Women’s Leadership Network?
As a vegan woman, I am looking forward to the opportunity to share with, and learn from, other likeminded people. To be able to connect with women all with a similar understanding is rare.
What’s been the biggest highlight or ‘wow’ moment of your career/business/professional life?
So hard to say – every client who walks away having made a positive change to their life gives me a wow moment.
I’ve just launched a new book, Achieve Anything You Want, and can’t wait for many many more of these ‘wow’ moments as more people have access to the tools I teach.
How do you handle failures, fear and disappointment?
Hopefully with grace! I use them as learning opportunities and am pretty good at picking myself up and dusting myself off.
What would you tell your 16-year-old self?
That life is an adventure – make the most of it and have fun – focus on what you love and is important to you – don’t worry about what you think you should do – do what you know in your heart is best for you.
Which women inspire you and why?
Oprah – the way she has inspired a generation of people to seek more.
Brooke Castillo – an amazing example of what is possible in the coaching space.
JK Rowling, Louise Hay: it is never too late to be a success.
What’s been the biggest obstacle you’ve faced and how has it helped mould who you are now?
My biggest obstacle to success has been to focus on one thing. Eventually I realised this was a strength and embraced all my interests, hobbies and passions under one umbrella to become a coach.
What’s your super-power? What are you amazing at?
I am great at helping people to gain perspective and see the wood for the trees.
I am very good at inspiring people to see possibility.
I also am good at simplifying complex information and concepts.
What brings you joy?
My family, my work, being fit, healthy and nature.
How do you define success, and how will you know when you’ve achieved it?
Success is living a life that is true to yourself – being fulfilled and knowing that you are on the right path. I don’t think success is something you achieve, I think it is something that you live in each moment.
What’s your vision for yourself and your business/career for the future?
I am on my way to being a best selling author and sought after speaker – I aim to grow my coaching business to provide resources that are cost effective and simple to access.
I believe everyone should have access to the life changing benefits of having a coach.
